Motivation


To lose some fat, you've got to have some motivation to keep on going!

From 105kg to 92kg....these are my motivation

Technoflex Gym


Xbox 360 + Kinect

- Yes! if you lazy enough to workout, just play xbox 360 + kinect for an hour...believe me, you'll sweat a lot!!

Nutrition (Protein)

- Gain muscle, lose some fat!

Supplement:

- Fat Burner for extra energy and concentration (yup I do take this but with proper exercise and food control NOT by just taking it and wish "poof!! getting slimmer in no time!")


- CLA and Fish Oil for Cardiovascular health

- Green Tea Extract for extra energy


Equipments (got no time to go to gym? Just do this at home)

- RIP:60 (Suspension trainer)


- Kettlebell
